Rich matte cotton velvet in a deep grape purple color makes up the lovely party gown from the 1950s. It has a darted  & fitted (princess lined) bodice with a wide neckline and back zipper. The skirt is micro pleated at the waist and very fill. A crinoline would really make it more fluffy. It is unlined and has no label, but is well made.
